  3. Unlike other copy services, we do not operate like a retail store. Our facility is locked and secure 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We require all visitors to sign in and out in our visitor log book. No visitors are permitted in the shop unless accompanied by a Manager or an Account Representative.
  4. Any visitors must be accompanied by a Manager or Account Representative at our facility and are not permitted to view any work in the production department.
  5. In most cases, pricing plays a major role in our decision-making process. At One Stop we grade our jobs based on the degree of difficulty. A representative will be happy to inspect each job at your office and provide you with a free quote.   6. At One Stop we are a neutral third party vendor. We are always happy to pick-up documents to be copied from opposing counsel, complete the job to your specifications, deliver the copies to you, and return the originals to their place of origin.

  9. At One Stop, we save all the copy waste generated throughout the day. At the end of each business day, we box all of the waste and date it. We will then save each box for thirty days before shredding its contents. This is yet another safety precaution to ensure that an original is never lost!
